Our focus is on research and experiential learning in the areas of hospitality operations, gastronomy and management. We look forward to create a global platform for the future hospitality leaders.
The department actively equips student with necessary skills required for the hospitality industry by organising events and activities. Our curriculum involves, theory and practice sessions along with a student operated restaurant on campus. The programme has three internships and other activities such as SWÄ€D – promoting local food, sustainable farming practices and food produce, Parivaar – Community service and service learning, Italk – Expert talks, Masterclass – Culinary demonstrations, Cul-Art – Restaurant management club, Sour Grapes – The beverage club, UKTI (webinars) and many more, which help students work on their management and operational skills.
