Dr. Surabhi Sangal specializes in Finance and Corporate Law. She holds a professional degree of Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Additionally, she has a Master?s degree in Commerce from IGNOU and a Doctorate in Financial Management from Maharaja Agrasen University, Solan. She also holds a Bachelor of Law degree. Dr. Sangal?s research focuses on finance, corporate law, other legal areas, and corporate social responsibility. With over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, she has worked in national and multinational companies. Her roles included Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and In-House Counsel. Her corporate responsibilities included company secretarial services, legal issue resolution, managing compliance, and investor relations. She has also handled communication with regulatory bodies. Since 2024, Dr. Sangal has been an Assistant Professor at the School of Business and Management, Department of BBA, Christ (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR Campus.
