Dr. Ramkumar K specializes in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He holds a Master of Technology in VLSI Design from VIT University, Vellore, and a doctorate in Micro and Nanoelectronics from the same institution. His research focuses on the analytical modeling and simulation of micro and nanoelectronics semiconductor devices using Technology Computer-Aided Design (TCAD). Dr. Ramkumar has published six SCI-indexed journal papers and contributed five book chapters to reputed publishers. He has also presented his research at international conferences. Since 2024, he has been part of Christ University, Bengaluru, serving as an Assistant Professor in the Electronics and Communication Engineering department at the Kengeri campus. Dr. Ramkumar has organized hands-on training programs on Sentaurus and Silvaco TCAD tools.
