Arnab Chatterjee has a corporate leadership, entrepreneurial, and advisory background. He currently serves on the board of CCMG, South Africa, focusing on skilling, certification, and employment processes. With over 20 years of people leadership experience in Business Services and Digital Transformation, Arnab has worked with prominent organizations such as GE Capital, American Express, and IBM. He also advises startups and MSMEs on organizational design, KPI management, and compensation strategies, along with customer relationship management. Arnab is pursuing a PhD at Christ University. He won the prestigious "Best of IBM" award in 2012. Additionally, he is trained in IBM Design Thinking Methodology - Garage.
