Mr. Ashish Pathak specializes in writing research papers on contemporary legal issues. He holds a B.A.LL.B Hons. from Amity Law School and an LL.M from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University, Lucknow. His research interests focus on criminal and constitutional law. Mr. Pathak has published articles in UGC CARE-listed journals and SCOPUS-listed conference proceedings, as well as in journals of National Law Universities. He has presented papers at national and international conferences, earning recognition as 'Best Paper Presenter' by Bennett University in April 2024. Additionally, he has organized and judged several National Moot Courts in various law schools across India, further contributing to the legal academic community.
