Dr. Ruchi Singh Parihar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Statistics and Data Science at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. She joined the university in 2024. Dr. Parihar specializes in Climate Data Analysis, Statistical Modeling, and Extreme Climate Impacts. She holds a Master?s degree from Jamia Millia Islamia University and completed her PhD research at IIT Delhi, focusing on Climate Change and Health. Additionally, she pursued a Postdoctoral Fellowship at ICCP, South Korea. Dr. Parihar?s research has led to interdisciplinary publications in prestigious journals. She has earned numerous international travel grants for her contributions to education and research. In 2024, she received the Junior Associateship Award from ICTP, Italy. She maintains national and international collaborations and has served as a visiting researcher at esteemed institutions worldwide.
